01 Using this website
These terms apply to your use of the Paradise World Resources website. Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or submit information that you are not entitled to share.
02 Current store status
This website is a design preview. Product names, prices, images and available options form an illustrative catalogue and are not confirmed offers for sale. Adding products to your bag or completing the checkout review does not reserve stock, create an order or form a sales contract. No payment is taken.
03 Products and appearance
Colours and details may appear differently depending on lighting and screen settings. Before a purchase is accepted through an operational sales channel, confirm the product description, size, availability and any specific requirements. Website imagery must not be treated as a substitute for confirmed product specifications.
04 Prices and charges
Displayed amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Preview subtotals are calculated from the illustrative catalogue. Shipping and any applicable additional charges are not calculated in this preview and must be confirmed before a real purchase. A displayed subtotal is not a final payable amount.
05 Orders and payment
The checkout form is provided to demonstrate the shopping experience. Payment services are not connected, and no bank, card or payment credentials should be entered. A real order requires separate confirmation through an operational ordering channel.
06 Wholesale and custom designs
Wholesale quantities, pricing, specifications, production schedules, delivery arrangements and custom design terms are subject to a separate written agreement. An enquiry or draft request alone does not confirm a production booking.
07 Returns and customer rights
Please read our Refund & Returns Policy for the approach to order concerns. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
08 Content and third-party services
Website content is provided for browsing and evaluation. Images and other materials may belong to Paradise World Resources or their respective owners. Their appearance on this site does not grant permission for commercial reuse. Third-party services are subject to their own terms.
09 Availability and changes
We may correct errors and update the website. We cannot promise uninterrupted access. Changes to these website terms do not retrospectively replace separately agreed terms for an accepted order.
